Inventory data

After completion of the contract, your data are blocked against further use. After expiry of deadlines as per tax-related and commercial regulations, these data are deleted unless you have expressly consented to their further use.

Thank you for your interest in our company! We save and process personal data only if you provide us with this information voluntarily, e.g. by completing a contact form or applying for a job. You will be informed of the intended purpose on the corresponding sites and, if necessary, asked for your consent to the saving and processing of the data. Your personal information is stored on specially protected computers. Reading and processing your data is subject to strict internal controls and can only occur for the express purpose for which you have provided this information to us. We do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information to third parties.

Personal data removal
If your job application has been rejected, your personal data will be removed from our data bank no sooner than 6 months after the application date. As long as it is not forbidden by legal provision, you may request that your personal details which are stored will be deleted. In this case please send a message to join@qualityminds.de.

Changes in the privacy policy
Given the high growth of the Internet and further development of case law, we reserve the right to adjust this data protection and privacy policy any time according to technical and legal specifications.
